We understand that the first visit to any dental office can come with questions or uncertainty, which is why we’ve made it easy to prepare ahead of time. From digital forms to helpful directions and clear expectations, we want your visit to be as smooth and comfortable as possible.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

Your first appointment is all about getting to know you and your oral health history. Here’s what typically happens:

  • A warm welcome and brief tour of our office
  • Review of your medical and dental history
  • Full dental exam and X-rays (if needed)
  • Time to discuss your goals or concerns with the dentist

You’ll never feel rushed, and we’re here to answer any questions you have, every step of the way.

Completing Your Forms Beforehand

After scheduling your first appointment, you will be sent your new patient forms via email. Please complete them before coming in to ensure a smooth visit. Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have regarding the forms, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Transferring Records or X-Rays?

If you’ve seen another dentist recently, we’d love to have your previous records and radiographs. Please ask your former provider to email them to eastforkfamilydentistry@gmail.com or bring printed copies to your appointment.
